Wow, you're in a tough situation. I don't know what you should do, but I was just wondering...you said the plans were in a folder. Did you leave a note or label the folder in any way so that she would know to look in there?
Is there someone else besides the principal you could talk to about this? The sub coordinator, perhaps, or some other administrator?
