i teach 4th grade, but we use "quick reads" they are a GREAT program and i know they come in both primary and intermediate levels. they are LITERALLY a quick read with a few comprehension questions. we do fluency in 15 minutes on fridays --- the kids love it! :) and the literature is REALLY interesting and engaging!
