I think every school has at least one child like this. I don't agree with it. We serve two different hot lunch options, plus deli/salad. There is no reason why a child should be eating fast food at school. It causes so much commotion in the lunch room. One kid out of about 200 has lunch from McDonald's, a bit absurd if you ask me. If the parents can afford to go to a fast food restaurant, then they can afford to supply their child with a nutritious lunch. It just irritates me. We've been trying to get our principal to ban fast food lunches, but it hasn't happened yet.
