at DD school

it is a regular thing for parents to come and eat with their child. i had never seen this before when my dd asked me to bring her lunch and eat with her. Now that I know it is "normal" at this school I do it once maybe 2 times per year if I have a day off and she doesn't, BUT I NEVER go into the classroom. I sign in and wait in the office hallway until her lunch time.
