Blurt Alert

I think I found this idea in the Mailbox magazine. I made Blurt Alert (business cards) in Publisher. At the bottom I numbered it 1-10. Every time the student blurted out, I would hole punch the card on the appropriate numbered hole. You can have a consequence if they reach 10 blurts in a week, but most times you won't need it. Once they see how many punches they get, they tend to stop.
