Publishing Party
By Rancher

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a publishing party in our library. We invite parents, principal, and selected guests. Everyone sits down and we discuss what kind of writing piece we completed. Then you pass your piece to the person next to you. (It's best if you can have your table/chairs in a square or circle facing each other.) You read that person's story and on the comment page you write something positive about that person's story. This continues until everyone's stories have been passed around the circle. Afterwards we have some kind of snacks or treats. It's real special to have sparkling spider.
