I redid mine about 4 years ago to help me get my first job and I used a book with examples. I think the name of the book was "How to Get a Teaching Job." I got it at Borders or Barnes & Noble. Sorry, don't have it handy but it had real nice examples of all different abilites/years of service in it. Also it had lots of good descriptive verbs to use to tell about things you've done..."demonstrated, developed, constructed, etc." I used bullits and such and ended up with two pages.
