Exactly Teachnkids..

Clip to ScrapBook
You can absolutely incorporate what TeachnKids says with the being a reflective person. Constantly reflecting on your teaching and making changes where you see fit, is exactly what you need to do to become more organized, meet the needs of all students. ETC. I think you hit the nail on the head because like previous posters said, you can incorporate all traits into that answer and there is no single trait. My interviews from the past few years were always looking for "reflective professionals" and NY likes to put it. He he. I am curious what this is for too. Good luck!!
