I have to work so very hard to be organized, and I think that's the most important aspect of being an effective teacher. The number of details that need to be organized are monumental. If organization doesn't come easy, it takes a tremendous amount of time to manage the 6 or so hours you're in front of students all day. Organization skills were never mentioned in my teacher training classes, but I note that the most organized teachers seem to be the best teachers. Good luck with your essay.
