Not a afan of this

I am not a fan of this idea. If someone has a great interest in a subject, they may be able to read things above their usual level. Also, my daughter was a great fan on Babysitter's club books when she was in sixth grade. One of her teachers didn't want her to read them since they were below her level. She loved the books and learned so much from them. (One of the characters is a brittle diabetic and she learned about that, in addition to many other things.)
