I remember when my princ. resigned. Was not overjoyed by replacement, but did everything I could to please. Was not enough---ever. Left and went to a school that loves me and appreciates me for my true talents! It can work out, but sometimes it can be a disaster. I know the school I'm at now is thrilled with this new principal this year because last years was the pits!!!
