Librarian and Assistant

We have a librarian full time, paid on the teacher scale, and an assistant part time. We have a school of 700. NO CURRICULUM! We get 20 minutes every other week to check out a book and it is a race to do that. Often the library is closed for book fairs, testing, pictures and more. It is really frustrating to me!:confused: Our library was closed for the first month, and will close 2 weeks before school is out. She also gets paid a stipen to stay 2 extra weeks after everyone is out.
