Something to keep in mind By School Time

I was a midyear replacement for a teacher who retired, also in NJ. My personal days and sick days were prorated. So when I came in on Feb. 1 I only got half the alloted days.

In my district when you are out of personal days you can use sick days in their place. Also, you might be able to take half a personal day for an interview, thereby having 4 times that you could leave for an interview.
