*our bodies are "puffier" in the morning (that's why it's a bad idea to shave then). so try again later in the day.

*agree with a PP, stay away from salt---also, the soda pop! drink lots of water.

*metal expands with heat, so if you can get the rings hot (without hurting yourself!), they should expand and open up a bit.
