You would have 3 horizontal rows. The rows on the left and right sides tilt in to directly face the presentation area, while the middle row is straight. You can make as many rows as you need to fit all the kids. I made my center rows 4 wide and had three of them. (ie: 12 kids in the middle section) and then 2 rows of 3 in each of the slanted sides (ie: 12 kiddos on the slanted ends). This really works because everyone has some buddies for help, and if anyone is not paying attention, you can hone in on it really really well. If you have any questions, let me know!
