Updating resume each year By crteacher

sounds like a good idea. I've often wondered about doing a portfolio. I had one when I was doing my 1st job search 12 years ago. I work in a nearby town and sometimes think about looking for a job in my own town. I'm not sure how much portfolios are really looked at during interviews (mine was just glanced through quickly). I suppose being required to keep a professional one could be a blessing in disguise if you ended up looking for a new job...you'd be ready to go! It seems like a challenging task to start from scratch.
