class gifts

I've never gotten a class gift, but I have been given EXTREMELY generous gifts. This year included a $100 Macy's card, a few $50 cards, a large Philosphy gift set and more. I am always shocked by the generousity of my families. I usually get a couple of gifts from students I don't even teach (older kids that I've had in the past) which really shocks me! As much as I love the gift cards, one of my favorite gifts ever was a handmade mini scrapbook a parent made expressing how grateful she was for what I had done for her child.
