I feel your pain...

I like the P at the top idea ...
I've started going over the incidental, practice, papers together and asking for questions/confusions; and pointing out areas I think may have given them some trouble.
Some practice papers I collect and scan ... I ordered this great "thumbs up" stamp - they get a thumbs up, sideways, or down.
If I've carried a stack back and forth too many times without getting to it, I figure it has been forgotten and it finds it's way into the round file under my kitchen sink - occasionally

I've started only really grading crucial, benchmark types of assignments - otherwise I am overwhelmed...
