    Goals for the Winter Edition:
    1) Drink more water
    2) Be more responsible for planned meals ( Yes!
    3) Start a workout program ( I did!)
    Successes- Although I did not lose any weight I have worked out 3 times at my new gym. I usually gain weight when I start working out and my clothes fit differently for awhile. I have made better food choices this week too.
