Well... By Teacher in Hawaii

BUT because they treat us like crap there is a real shortage of sped teachers so the state has contracted with a company called the Colombus Group who is bringing Sped teachers to Hawaii. I have heard that the state is paying the group 100,000/year per teacher- I don't know how much the teachers actually get but I'm sure they get more than me. I am thinking of moving to the mainland for the summer and applying with the group (they won't hire anyone living in Hawaii).

So it isn't really an urban legend- only our state's stupidity.
