How about going around and taking pictures of the various people around the school (you could group teachers by grade level, group some the kitchen staff, etc.) waving goodbye or holding up a sign that says we'll miss you or something. You could easily put them into a Picture Story show or a powerpoint presentation with a great song in the background. (I'm thinking something like Good Riddance/Time of Your Life by Greenday or These are the Days by Natalie Merchant...I'm sure you could easily think of others). You could show this at the program and give it to her as a keepsake. It wouldn't take much time.
