Clip to ScrapBook
you need "me" time. For several years now I haven't take ANY me days b/c I was saving my days for maternity leave for when I had kids. I only took off for the appt for the kids or when we were going to be out of town.

Well, two kids later and a new year of days (yea!). I did just that a few months ago. Only a half day, but it was ALL for me. Left the kids at the sitters and came home and vegged.

Today DD is out with pink eye. She is 3 and a lot easier to entertain than DS (baby) so it will be sort of a "me" day. I plan to gift wrap and shop a bit and just relax!

ENJOY! And NO guilt allowed... "mental" health days are SUPER important!!!
