Each of my students have their own bins, inside each bin is there work and a weekly chart. On that chart, I have their goals going down the left side and going across I have the days of the week. Each day I document what they did. For example, I might have colors on the left and which ones we worked on in the space for each day. When the student masters part of their goal, I highlight it. When it is time for IEP and/or quarterly report, I just grab these charts and transfer the information. Hope this helps!
