Thanks to everyone for your input. My observations are done by the principal, a resource teacher and a person chosen through the university. I do have a behavior management plan. I give stickers on a chart when I catch someone being good. It is done randomly and they never know when I am going to do it. When the student earns 10 stickers, they get to go to the prize box. All my children are well known discipline problems. Some of the worse behaved children in the school, have not given me any problems, but then there are others!!!!!!! Many of my kids are emotional behavior (EBD).
