FBA by team

We have input forms from the student, parents, and teachers. Everyone shares at the FBA meeting and I usually create the FBA and behavior plan with my school social worker or psychologist. It really depends who is available or who really knows teh student best - we take turns sharing all of the paperwork responsibilities - as it should be. But I think we are all equally comfortable with this process, which is most important if you are going to be doing them.
