Starbucks
By ccteacher

Clip to ScrapBook
My co-workers absolutely love Starbucks! So, last year on the last day of school before winter break, I picked up their favorite treat and drink in an "official" Starbuck's mug and gave it to them with a Starbucks
gift card. It was a big hit!

In the past, I've also ordered in lunch from somewhere yummy and brought in a homemade dessert with extras on a holiday plate for them to take home and share with their families.

I've also given a nice candle with a candle-warming plate to be used in their classrooms. (We're not allowed to light candles in the school building.) I could
smell their rooms from the hallway - it made me go out and buy one for myself!!

And, one year I bought cute, warm gloves with a matching scarf for the cold recess duties. I included some of those warming pouches. We're up on a hill with no trees or buildings surrounding us, so our playground gets VERY cold!

And finally, I've given homemade hot cocoa mix in a pretty canister. I included some cute mugs and a bag of marshmallows.

**I really like the idea of donating a book to the school library. I'm thinking that I may do that for my parent volunteers this year. They would really appreciate that, I think! Thanks for the idea!!
