Have you tried conferencing with the parents for any tips. I would ask them some of her favorite foods, toys, games, TV shows, movies, places to eat etc. My Emh students work on a behavior plan even if they don't need it. We work towards a monthly paycheck with daily, weekly incentives built in. Their reward if behavior has been good is a happy meal, burger king etc. I buy and we eat together at school. If they don't earn it we eat right around them. I find it works great. There has to be something that would motivate her- keep trying and hang in there. Another good resource is to find out what previous teachers have done and been successful with.
