I get no prep time!

I get to school at about 6 am in the morning and use that as my prep time until students arrive. During the day I have no time at all- I am lucky to get to the bathroom, and right now I don't even have an EA to keep the kids occupied while I write in their communication books and I AM GOING CRAZY!!!!!!! All IEPs and lesson plans that don't get done in the morning are done at night and on the weekends. I think special ed teachers should be able to get paid overtime!!!!!!
