I take the Dolch word list and make flash cards out of them. Then I make bingo boards and on Fridays we play bingo. When the kids get a bingo they get one m&m...they love it. I also use project read to teach reading and I will use those cards the same way. I've done the same with number words 1 - 100, and colors. I have also made two sets of the words and then played the memory game.
