Talkers

Hi, I teach an ED self contained class, currently 3rd-5th grade, and can relate to your talkers. The other day I told my students no talking except to my assistant or myself and we would only respond to a raised hand. They had to use written conversation to talk to each other. At least this way they are using writing skills and having to think before they actually spoke. It worked really well for that day.
