I keep a basket with each child's name and class time in the room. Inside the baskets are the lessons, modified for each child based on their needs. Of course I am only serving 9 kids so it's not overwhelming.... In the past I've used notebooks and such. Lessons are planned for each child based on what they are doing in class and what their IEP needs are. It works well for me!
