life skills and community based

I have worked with a program before in Missouri, but I am now in Kansas. Also it has been years since I have done this kind of program and I could use any advice or suggestions that anyone could give me. For example, what it ths FACES program that was mentioned above and where can I find it? I am over a job site program, community based/life skills and a foods program with only a $200 budget for the year with 50 students. Any advice on that one as well....?
