2. They can be denied if more than a certain percentage of your building will be gone at the same time, CAN be used before or after a holiday!!!! Yeah!!! 3. Anything I want, and no one asks!! I live in Alaska, and we use them mainly to extend our Christmas or spring break vacations I will have 2 weeks worth next year, and we are using them to go on a vacation mid February when school is in session where I live-what a treat!!! That means I won't se my students walking on the beach in Hawaii, which is where TONS of Alaskans vacation during the holidays :)
