Prize box

Hi and congrats on the job. I have used a prize box for years with students age 5-13, LD to ED and they have all loved it. At the beginning of the year, I have a bulletin board that says "We are all stars". Each child name is on the board with a star cut-out underneath the name. Each time they are caught being good, sharing, doing the best they can or trying, they get a sticker on their star. When they get 10, they get to go to my treasure box. It has really worked well.
