School Supplies
By Amy Lee

Clip to ScrapBook
Ms. J.,

I teach in a middle school and each grade level has a list of supplies for students. Also, each grade is divided in teams and they have special items students need to have for special units, projects, etc. The
lists are posted at school supply stores, sent home in a newsletter, and provided at school business days. You may want to check with your grade level or subject area teachers.

In my school sixth graders are required to have 3 ring binders which zip up, pencil pouch, colored pencils, and red checking pen. Seventh graders are required to have spiral notebooks with pockets for each subject,

compass, projector, and graph paper. Eighth graders are required to have scientific calculators.

I teach English so I require students to have 70 page spiral notebook for writing journals, highlighters, and colored pencils.
