I never use real felt
By Kerri M

Clip to ScrapBook
I suggest choosing two stories that students would know really well, such as brown bear brown bear, or the three little pigs, this way it can be used as a prop for teaching, but also for a center activity that the kids can
work on individually (especially if they are not at a reading level yet).

When I have made felt board pieces I have always printed off pictures (either in color or just colored them myself), laminated them, and then put velcro on the back. They stick really well to a felt board like that, it's really easy, and the kids dont mind at all that it's not really made of felt.

Check
out this website, they have a TON of printable pieces you can use. It's so easy, this way you can have a lot of different stories the kids can tell with felt pieces, so it can become a center they really enjoy!
