As you write on the whiteboard children see sounds becoming words and words becoming sentences.
Children can write on the board-engaging them kinesthetically. They can write words, circle words, etc
A small easel gives them a central focus point during your lesson.
If you also use chart paper on the easel the students can revisit their work when you go to them the next time.
Shared writingGood luck- my easel isn't on wheels but I love it.:)
