partner meetings
By Teach'n'Learn

Clip to ScrapBook
I don't know what an ARD is. But I job share, and we decided that we would both attend every meeting or conference about each of our students even if it meant going in on a time when we aren't scheduled. It prevents "data loss" when one teacher explains to the other what went on in the meeting, and we might pick up on different things.

ETA: Oh, I googled it. "Admission, Review and Dismissal (ARD) Process " If we had that, we'd both go to it. That seems like one of those things that it's important to get as much input as possible, so it would make sense for both teachers to go.
