All you can do is share your ideas, thoughts, and concerns. As long as both of you are sharing the same roadmap (standards), she/he may find a different way to reach the final destination (goal) and the kids won't know the difference.

Your job during your maternity leave is NOT to make sure your sub is exactly on target, but to make sure you and your beautiful baby are becoming the best of friends and getting to know each other.


Don't worry- everything will be just fine!
