A few tidbits...

We did this for reading with 7 teachers. Dependling on how the kids do on the pre-assessment, that will determine what the groups will look like. You may have enough "lows" for two classes. You may have only a few "highs" so they could be combined with a "medium high" group.

The problem came when it was time to decide who would teach what. There were a couple of SNOBS who only wanted the HIGHS (whatever). We had to decide where we would best fit and went from there.

I loved teaching the "lows" because there was so much learning/growth going on. They walked out of my class with more confidence and that was awesome!

It can be done and it can be very beneficial to the kiddos!
