School Supplies
By NJ Teacher

Clip to ScrapBook
Jip, that was so kind of you, and I bet those kids remember your kindness when they use their supplies. I personally try to hit the penny and nickel sales, and stock up on notebooks, glue, glue sticks, pencils, markers and crayons when they are at their cheapest. Today it was pretty funny because I tend to use glue sticks with my class, but buy Elmers just for the bargain of it when it is 4 or 5 cents. I can't resist! Another colleague was mentioning that she had forgotten to order Elmer's glue, and I told her I would be happy to give her some from my stash! I wish the stores would have a January sale so we could replenish what the kids have used, and what the parents don't. You're right, it is so much more expensive if you miss the summer sales.
