We don't have a plan written down, but before school started for the year, we were told that in the event a situation occured like the one you described, the term "Where's Waldo?" (Not our real code word, but you get the point) would come over the loud speaker and we would have to lock our doors, turn of the lights, and get the children to the part of the room that cannot be seen by the window by the door. Hope this helps some.
