From what I understand is that the public school system will provide a homebound teacher if deemed necessary. However, if there are special education classrooms in the child's area that serve Autistic children, that would not be an option. Also, homebound services would be very limited, perhaps 2 hrs./day. No, I doubt music and art would be part of that program. I'm sure services vary from state to state. The best thing to do is to call the Dept. of Special education in the child's school district.
