Does the principal require that the behavior plans and things are the same? If not, choose what works best for you. How to show you are a team player? Be willing to share your ideas and resources. Our team is suppose to be basically on the same page with curriculum, but we can implement things the way we want. The way I know that my team mates are "team players" is their willingness to always help if I need to send a student to another room for behavior problems, or create last minute plans when I'm sick. Hope it goes well!
