We do pretty much whats been said before, but when we got our new principal he asked what do we want, and he gave it to us. An early out pass (2 hours early) for the grade level, other teachers and administrators covered our classes for the time. He treated us to a morning (about 45 minutes by grade level) to the high schools cosmetology school for either a pedicure or manicure. The thing we like the most is jeans, longer lunches or someone to go and get our lunch (lunches can;t be delivered to our school).
