I think you have the best
I can give you a list of suggestions, but you really need to make this suit your personal teaching needs and style. BTW I always had a "lesson plan" for my para listing what I hoped she'd accomplish that day. It saved us time and misunderstanding. Another BTW, make sure that you, the para, and the children know that you are in charge. There are some strong personalities out there that tend to take charge (especially if she is a lot older than you are.) Make sure that she has a clear understanding about her limitations. I had one para that held "parent conferences." She caused no end of difficulties until I found out about it and sat her down for a long talk. Maddie
