Marvelous Tape

I'm not sure I'm spelling this correct, but it's close. It is a small roll of tape, about the size of tape dispenser tape. It is white. You take and cut strips of it, roll it and stick it to a poster or item you want to hang on the wall. I have used it for several years on drywall, doors, and metal. It has worked great for me. It has never left behind any stain or markings and come off easily from laminated items.
You should be able to find it at a local teacher's supply store.
