Major lamination By GreatGrin

I am in Indianapolis, and I just picked up 12 posters that I had dropped off for lamination. I did encounter a bump in the process...I dropped off the posters and was told they would be done the next day (perfect!). I didnt| get a call the next day, but wasn't in a rush to get them back, so I waited. I then stopped by the store Saturday to inquire. The store was packed with back to school shoppers, and the store was understaffed. One man was working in the copy center, and had to hunt for my posters. I panicked, and my mind began to swirl as I thought about all the running around I would have to do | | if the posters were lost. Luckily they were found, but still hadn't been laminated. The staff member started to run them through the laminator and I told him if he was able to do them today, I would be back in an hour (I was short on time myself that day). Over an hour later, I returned to the store to find my posters all laminated nicely and rolled and rubberbanded together, BUT nobody was working at the copy center and all available staff were running the front registers with very long lines. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I grabbed my lamination and the paperwork and waited in line at the front so that they could account for the laminiation in their system.
As frustrating as it was to not have the lamination done when they said it would be, and then the waiting, I kept my mouth shut and thanked them for the service. Since it was free, I just couldn't complain.
I am going to send a letter/email thanking them, since it is a really nice service to teachers. I can laminate for free at my school, but figured this could save the district some money by doing it at Office Max.
I would still recommmend it to anyone!
