good worker tickets

I reward positive behavior by handing out good worker tickets. Students sign their name on the back and put it in a bag. On Fridays I draw names to pick a prize out of the Treasure Box. I tell students that the more tickets they get the better chance they have at getting their name drawn. They always look forward to Treasure Box Day. One more thing, if we as a class get a compliment from another teacher everyone gets a ticket! And, if we get a compliment from the principal then everyone gets 2 tickets!
