I can't find my link but I think if you google "teachers.net.gazette popcorn" you will find an old issue of this online magazine that talks about calling sight words popcorn words. It has attachments with many sight words written on popcorn shapes but if you go to the end there are blank shapes to put your own words on. I hope you can find it.
